The International Women in Engineering Day is a moment to recognise the women shaping engineering and technology. On INWED 2026, Audi Revolut F1® Team took the opportunity to inspire the next generation of women in engineering and welcomed over 40 female STEM students from nearly 30 universities to Hinwil and Neuburg. Under this year’s theme, #EngineeringIntelligence, the programme gave future engineers a closer look at our world in Formula 1® – from panel discussions and talks to factory tours and conversations with the team. We were especially pleased to welcome Mandy Hickson in Hinwil and Emma Felbermayr in Neuburg. Both shared perspectives on performance, confidence and decision-making in demanding environments.
