This National Reconciliation Week, Janet Bromley was kind enough to join the auDA team to share her knowledge and practice of traditional weaving methods, as well as her history and experience as a Yorta Yorta woman. Janet’s work focusses on weaving using recycled clothing, plastic waste, found objects and bush material, providing a great opportunity for knowledge sharing and cultural exchange in the spirit of reconciliation. auDA thanks Janet for her time and expertise as we continue working towards our reconciliation commitments, as set out in our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
