A great day spent with our leadership team from across the country as we came together for our FY27 Leadership Strategy Day. With the theme Beyond Business as Usual, we explored opportunities, challenged ourselves to think differently and aligned on the priorities that will shape the year ahead. A special thank you to our guest speaker, Adam Farr, for his session on Building & Maintaining Team Performance & Culture. His practical perspectives on leadership, culture and high-performing teams provided plenty of valuable takeaways for the group.
