At the end of 2024, Ichpig relaunched their website with a minimalist redesign. Visually strong, but conversions dropped significantly. Over the past year we partnered with the team to reassess their sales flow and rebuild key conversion touchpoints. Within two months, conversion performance recovered and returned to previous benchmarks. The rebuild focused on practical changes: - Clearer more decisive product pages - Better optimised mobile experience - Countdown timers to reinforce urgency - Improved product filtering - Cart level upsells to lift AOV A reminder that aesthetics alone don’t sell.
