Our employees are the heart of #LifeAtATT, so you know we couldn’t let Employee Appreciation Day pass without a shoutout. Today, we’re celebrating all the incredible team members who bring their passion and expertise every day. Team members like Manager of Sales & Loyalty Janeen who recently celebrated her 22nd work anniversary. She shared three important lessons for being successful: “I am deeply grateful to the many individuals I’ve had the privilege to lead and serve alongside over the years. Every team, every collaboration, and every shared win helped shape the leader that I am today. Three (of the many!) important lessons I’ve learned along the way are… 1. Titles change and roles evolve but character sustains 2. Faithful stewardship of your abilities always creates room to grow 3. Purpose, preparation, and timing always have a way of aligning” Congrats on 22 years and here’s to the continued journey ahead!
