🔬 Last week, ATSE President Dr Cathy Foley AO PSM FTSE FAA and CEO Professor Kylie Walker AM visited the Discovery to Device facility at RMIT University, led by #ATSEFellow Distinguished Professor Madhu Bhaskaran FTSE. They saw firsthand some of the remarkable innovations being developed by Madhu and her team. From wearable and flexible sensors that can be printed onto fabric or worn on the body to monitor biometrics, to rapid diagnostic technologies capable of detecting cancers from a plasma sample, the facility is helping shape the future of healthcare technology. 🧬 An internationally recognised leader in functional materials and flexible electronics for medical devices, Madhu leads Discovery to Device's strategic direction, positioning the facility as a platform for translating cutting-edge research into scalable, industry-relevant technologies and strengthening Australia's sovereign manufacturing capability. 👏 The groundbreaking work of our Fellows is doing incredible things to advance Australian innovation.
