At ATR, engineering is driven by one purpose: bringing regions closer  together.  Closer to communities, to opportunities, to essential services that other aircraft cannot reach.    This is where different perspectives matter most. Because designing for regional mobility demands a different way of thinking, and no single path leads there.    The women featured today bring distinct experiences, questions and approaches, each one shaping how we design aircraft that serve regional aviation in a meaningful way.    Their journeys are not parallel, and that’s precisely the point.  Because at ATR, progress is built in the space between perspectives.  A big thank you to Tanya Matova, PhD Ruena Angelini Aradei Claudia and Aswathy Soumini Raj for sharing their experiences. #ATR #Engineering #WomenInAviation #InternationalWomenInEngineeringDay
