Project managers are hired to lead projects. But in many teams, they slowly become the person chasing updates all day.  • A client asks for progress.  • A developer forgot to update the board.  • A blocker was mentioned in chat but not logged anywhere.  • A timeline changed, but no one updated the plan.  • None of this looks huge in isolation. But together, it turns the PM into the team’s manual follow-up system. The real issue is not always poor project management. It is 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗠’𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝗯. What part of coordination takes the most time in your team? #ProjectManagement  #SoftwareTeams  #DeliveryManagement  #AgencyOperations  #ProjectManagers #AtlasPM
