Last week, our senior mortgage broker, Richie, completed a settlement for his client and received a truly stunning review, an outcome that reflects the care, effort, and consistency he brings to every client he works with. Our Ops Manager, Rachel, shared it in our team chat, and the response was immediate, "Outstanding Richie & team!" "Well done Rich and team!" "Wow… that encompasses everything we’re about!" And it kept going. Moments like this are worth pausing on. Because while Richie absolutely deserves the recognition, what stood out to me was what happened next. By sharing that moment, Rachel wasn’t just celebrating a win for Richie, she was creating space for the whole team to rally around it. And that’s what builds culture. Not the big statements, but the small, consistent actions that bring people in, lift others up, and make success feel shared.
