In many organisations today, leaders are encouraged to practice inclusivity deliberately. At Atlantis, it has never felt like something that needed to be designed. It has always come naturally. Our CEO, Mr. Roychowdhury, or as we all call him, SNR, is not just the person leading the organisation. He is also the person we joke with the most. The one we threaten to keep out of meetings because his knowledge “takes away the cake.” The one whose slip-ups are loudly announced. The one we demand treats from if we are working late. On the surface, it may look like humour and leg-pulling. Beneath it lies something much more important. TRUST. The confidence that this is a leader who will protect, guide, and create space for us to thrive fully in our own skin. Over time, people do not stay in organisations only because of the role or the brand. They stay because the work feels meaningful. Because the environment pushes you to perform while still reminding you that you are human. Leadership is less about authority and more about stewardship. It is building systems while allowing people to blossom within them. Yes, SNR is the person we fear disappointing the most when something goes wrong. But he is also the first person we laugh with when the pressure lifts. This balance is built through effort, mutual respect, and earned credibility. He may tease us about a few extra kilos or a questionable haircut. The joy is that we can tease him right back. And perhaps that is why Atlantis feels less like a workplace and more like a community, where people work hard, grow together, and still find space for a little laughter along the way. #BestTechBrand #TeamAtlantis #WorkplaceCulture #LifeAtAtlantis
