With a year of intense goals and even greater achievements behind us, Team Atlantis chose to celebrate in a way that reflected both our spirit and our unity. In March 2026, we packed our bags and headed to Jim Corbett National Park for a two-night team retreat, welcoming Holi a little early and stepping away from our usual work environment. During the day, we revisited the past year’s performance, spoke openly about what we had learned, and aligned on the goals that will guide the year ahead. Our CEO shared the larger vision for Atlantis and the direction we are building toward as an organisation that continues to push innovation, automation, and transparency in telecom systems. We danced with our CEO. We shared long meals and endless conversations. We woke up early for jungle safaris and stayed up late celebrating milestones that we built together. For a while, titles and hierarchies disappeared. What remained was a group of people enjoying each other’s company. We celebrated working hard. We celebrated the milestones. Most importantly, we celebrated the people behind them. The trip concluded with celebrating our Head of Operations’ birthday, but the entire experience felt like returning to childhood camping days.
