The biggest challenge Atlantis faced recently was not an operational failure. It was underestimating how well we would do. When we built ANTS, our platform for managing telecom tower efficiency, we designed it for a relatively contained scale. A focused tool for a handful of operators. What it became was something we did not fully anticipate. Today, ANTS powers some of the largest telecom networks across 20+ countries. That growth brought a challenge we were not entirely prepared for. The infrastructure we had built, our server capacity, our teams, our operational systems, was designed for a different size of business. As adoption accelerated globally, the gap between where we were and where we needed to be became clear. So we got to work. 6 months ago, we began preparing aggressively for the next phase. We restructured, expanded our capabilities, and strengthened our systems before the situation could become a real problem. Today, Atlantis is in a significantly stronger position than it was a year ago and far better equipped for what comes next. Our biggest miscalculation was not what ANTS could do, it was how many organisations around the world would want to use it.
