Led by our Architecture practice which has award-winning expertise in designing SEND school buildings, AtkinsRéalis helped turn real world experience of SEND environments into clear, practical guidance for learning spaces and specialist support areas within mainstream schools. The guidance provides a consistent framework to support better SEND provision across schools nationwide and builds on our long-standing work with the DfE, supporting programmes, projects and data that help improve school environments.
