The change in option taxation and talent visas proposed in Sweden should be applied to all of the Nordic countries simultaneously. No need for Norway, Denmark or Finland to overthink. No need for the countries to compete on this. The benefit is obvious in creating on contiguous high tech labour market stretching across the 25 million strong Nordic populations.
