Matthew Thompson, Principal of Launceston College, has been named Executive Principal for both Launceston College and Pool Academy. This appointment follows the retirement of Nick Ward at Pool Academy. By adopting an Executive Leadership model, we are fostering deeper collaboration and sharing best practices across our schools to ensure the best possible outcomes for all our students. Mr Thompson will work closely with both Governing Bodies over the coming weeks to establish robust leadership structures for the new academic year.
