There's always more behind an award-winning workplace. Great to see Spark New Zealand and Cachet Group secure Gold at the NZ Commercial Property Awards over the weekend. Alongside a strong team of technical partners, our APAC team partnered with Spark early to shape the vision, test scenarios, and guide the change approach behind their new Auckland HQ. Delivered as a 13,000 sqm multi-site consolidation (completed 2024), the strategy focused on flexibility – built to keep performing as needs shifted.
