Co-Founder at Verti

I want to tell you about the two people I build with and why this team is the reason I am certain about what we are building. Sipahi Demir, Uğur İLTER, and I did not meet at a pitch competition. We met at the same co-working space years ago and before Verti had a name, we were already shipping together. Different companies, different roles, same deadlines. We sent each other work and delivered projects side by side for years before we ever co-founded anything. Sipahi has been working on AI since university. He ran product and the commercial side across six years of building with Uğur, two companies built and sold, a hundred plus products shipped. He decides what Verti builds, for whom, and what it refuses to build. The product and market mind I trust most. Uğur started modifying software when he was 8 and never stopped. He was always the architect builds fast, refuses to ship what the company cannot stand behind. When Uğur says something is real, it is real. He is the technical conscience of everything we do. I am not a technical founder. What I brought is the operator's scar years of running my own startup, the full go to market loop, and the lived pain of data that would not become revenue. That pain is exactly the problem Verti exists to solve. Three different seats. Three different roads. One conclusion: expertise mining is the missing layer of AI transformation, and someone had to build it underneath everything else. Most founders search for that alignment, the rare thing where each person arrives at the same answer from a completely different angle. We had it before we started. I do not say this often. So I want to say it clearly: I am proud of who I build with. Not because of what we have done but because of what I know we will.
