"We're here to celebrate International Women's Day... and you want to open by asking 'what about the men?'" That's how Caitlin Moran opened our leadership event at The Langham last Thursday, setting the tone for an afternoon none of us will forget. Co-hosted with #Salesforce, we brought together women leaders from across Retail, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Energy, and Consumer Goods to explore this year's theme: Give to Gain, The Power of Giving. The conversation was provocative, honest, and exactly what these spaces should be. Caitlin challenged us to think differently about how masculinity and feminism evolve together. About why we don't need to adopt someone else's attributes to succeed. About finding joy in the chaos and keeping the door open for those behind us.
