We came together on the same field with the engineers and technician candidates of the future ⚡ Students from Balıkesir University Balıkesir Vocational School, Department of Electrical and Energy, visited our ASTOR Energy Transformer Factory together with the IEEE community and the Chamber of Electrical Engineers (EMO) Balıkesir Branch. Bringing their theoretical knowledge into practice, the students had the opportunity to observe the entire production journey of a transformer on-site from magnetic core manufacturing to winding technologies, from insulation and drying processes to final testing stages. It was a highly productive day filled with knowledge sharing, as the students gained hands-on insights and engaged directly with industry professionals. We were truly delighted to be together with the young talents who will shape the future of energy. 🚀 TR Geleceğin mühendis ve tekniker adaylarıyla aynı sahada buluştuk ⚡ Balıkesir Üniversitesi Balıkesir Meslek Yüksekokulu Elektrik ve Enerji Bölümü öğrencileri, IEEE topluluğu ve EMO Balıkesir Şubesi ile birlikte ASTOR Enerji Transformatör Fabrikamızda bizlerleydi. Teorik bilgilerini sahaya taşıyan öğrenciler; manyetik çekirdek üretiminden sargı teknolojilerine, izolasyon ve kurutma süreçlerinden test aşamalarına kadar bir transformatörün tüm üretim yolculuğunu yerinde gözlemleme fırsatı buldu. Sektör profesyonelleriyle birebir iletişim kurarak deneyim kazanan genç adaylarla, bilgi paylaşımı dolu verimli bir gün geçirdik.
