Our Vocational High School Apprenticeship Program, which we launched 5 years ago to contribute to the professional development of young talents, is now transforming into inspiring success stories that extend from apprenticeship to mastery. Throughout their education, our students take an active role in the production field, where they: 📍 Reinforce their theoretical knowledge through hands-on practice, 📍 Gain professional experience, 📍 Learn discipline, responsibility, and teamwork directly on the field, 📍 Graduate as industry-ready professionals with mastership certificates. The stories of Alperen and Berat once again demonstrate how powerful young people’s potential can be when the right opportunities are provided. TR Astor Enerji’de geleceği sadece üretmiyor, yetiştiriyoruz. ⚡ Milli Eğitim Bakanlığımız tarafından verilen “Eğitim Birimi Açma Yetkisi” ile birlikte, eğitim ve üretimi aynı çatı altında buluşturarak genç istihdamını desteklemeye, sektörün ihtiyaç duyduğu nitelikli iş gücünü yetiştirmeye ve kurumsal bilgi birikimimizi gelecek nesillere aktarmaya devam ediyoruz. 5 yıl önce genç yeteneklerin mesleki gelişimine katkı sağlamak amacıyla başlattığımız Meslek Lisesi Çırak Öğrenci Programımız; bugün çıraklıktan ustalığa uzanan başarı hikâyelerine dönüşüyor. Öğrencilerimiz eğitim hayatları boyunca üretim sahasında aktif rol alarak; 📍 Teorik bilgilerini uygulama ile pekiştiriyor, 📍 Mesleki deneyim kazanıyor, 📍 Disiplin, sorumluluk ve ekip çalışmasını sahada öğreniyor, 📍 Ustalık belgeleriyle sektöre hazır bireyler olarak mezun oluyor.
