As researchers continue to uncover new insights into how it influences health and disease, international collaboration remains key to accelerating discovery. To advance immunology research, A*STAR Singapore Immunology Network (A*STAR SIgN) and the Medizinische Universitรคt Graz (Med Uni Graz), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen collaboration in immunology research. This comes as Singapore and Austria celebrate 60 years of diplomatic relations, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing scientific collaboration and innovation. By bringing together A*STAR SIgN's strengths in translational and human immunology and Med Uni Graz's extensive clinical research ecosystem and one of Europe's largest academic biobanks, the partnership will open new opportunities to deepen research in areas such as immunology and inflammation, healthy ageing, cancer immunotherapy, and precision medicine. Through joint research projects, researcher exchanges and scientific workshops, A*STAR SIgN and Med Uni Graz will explore collaborations on studies involving diverse patient populations and complementary clinic research capabilities, with the aim of accelerating the translation of immunology discoveries into better health outcomes. As a leading hub for human immunology research, A*STAR SIgN is committed to building strong international partnerships that drive scientific discovery, strengthen translational research and address pressing health challenges. โถ๏ธ Find out more about A*STAR SIgN's research in translational and human immunology: https://lnkd.in/gRdeA2c
