A*STAR Infectious Diseases Labs - ID Labs and Institut Pasteur formalised their collaboration and joint efforts to become key players in the Asia-Pacific region in the combat against infectious diseases with a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Key initiatives under the MoU include:  • Launch of joint calls for research projects focusing on vector-borne diseases, antimicrobial resistance and respiratory diseases, and collaborative applications for competitive grant fundings • Developing educational programs, including mobility schemes and training in innovation and technology, as well as organisation of symposiums and workshops Her Excellency Ms. Minh-di Tang, Ambassador of France to Singapore, graced the event with her presence and reaffirmed France's commitment to strengthening research and innovation partnerships with Singapore. She warmly welcomed the deepening collaboration between Institut Pasteur and A*STAR IDL, emphasising their shared dedication to advancing sustainable solutions for global public health and enhancing pandemic preparedness.
