🚀 𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 🚀 We are pleased to announce that the ASTA Group has been successfully carved out from Montana Aerospace AG as part of a strategic portfolio adjustment and now functions as a strong separate energy division. To mark this important milestone, we had the honor of welcoming DDr. Michael Tojner, majority shareholder, and Michael Pistauer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, to our headquarters in Oed, Austria.
