Over the past few months, our CEO Dr. Karl Schäcke has visited each of our global locations, meeting with local teams through site visits and town hall sessions to strengthen connections, listen, and align on our shared vision for the future following our successful IPO earlier this year. Today, we look back on his visit to our site in Vadodara, India 🇮🇳 — a location that is currently undergoing capacity expansion and plays an increasingly important role in our global operations. The visit provided an opportunity to connect with colleagues, recognize local achievements, and discuss the opportunities that lie ahead as the site continues to grow. These visits are a powerful reminder that while our teams operate across different regions and cultures, we are united by a common purpose and a shared commitment to delivering excellence for our customers and partners. The exchange of ideas and open dialogue during Q&A sessions help ensure that we continue moving forward together as one global team.
