🌍 𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗥 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲🌍 This June, HR leaders from across our global ASTA locations came together in Austria for our Global HR Meeting. Over several days, the team aligned on key HR priorities, shared best practices, and collaborated in a full-day workshop focused on supporting ASTA’s future growth, values and our people strategy. Other highlights of the meeting were the visit to our production site in Oed, providing valuable insights into our operations and strengthening the connection between our HR initiatives and the business, as well as a cultural afternoon together at Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna, creating opportunities to connect as a team beyond the workplace. Bringing together diverse perspectives from across our international locations reinforces the power of collaboration and helps us drive meaningful impact for our employees worldwide.
