While Juneteenth is observed on Friday, June 19, we are sharing this week's #ShareHealing message early to honor the significance of the day and reflect on its lasting impact. Juneteenth marks the day when the last enslaved African Americans learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. As we honor this day, we recognize the strength, resilience, and contributions of Black Peoples and the ongoing work of advancing truth, justice, and healing. Healing begins with understanding our histories and standing together in solidarity. ❤️🖤💚 #ShareHealing #Juneteent
