AAMRI is proud to continue the legacy of Franklin Women through the pilot of two flagship initiatives in 2026 – the Career YOU online development program and Carer’s Scholarship. Career YOU is a five-module online career development program designed to support early- to mid-career researchers and corporate professionals in the health and medical research sector. The program will help participants excel in their current roles while building clear, strategic career goals. The program will run from July to September - more will be shared this week or take a look at www.aamri.org.au/careeryou. AAMRI will also be delivering a Carer’s Scholarship pilot, which aims to reduce the financial and logistical barriers associated with unpaid caring responsibilities, enabling primary carers to take up valuable career opportunities.
