I’ve been meaning to start posting here for a while, but there was always a reason to postpone it: no time, no photos, or simply the feeling that the occasion wasn’t important enough. Today, however, feels like a good reason to start. For the first time since COVID, we welcomed our partners from Nestlé Waters — Marcello from Italy and Hassane from France. To be honest, for many distributors, a supplier visit is always a bit stressful. Preparation, reviews, inspections, and the desire to show the best possible results. But I’ve always felt comfortable about these visits. Not because I believe everything is perfect, but because we genuinely have something to show. We didn't need to scramble to make everything look perfect before the visit. These visits are valuable because they provide an independent outside perspective, create opportunities to discuss future growth, and help ensure everyone is aligned on where the business is heading. The main takeaway from this visit can be summed up in one sentence from Marcello: “Assiya, I only have one issue — share more. You are doing a lot.” I think that is the best indication that we are moving in the right direction. Well, noted. Впервые после ковида к нам приехали партнеры из Nestlé Waters: Марчелло из Италии и Хасан из Франции. Если честно, для многих дистрибьюторов визит поставщика — это всегда определенный стресс. Подготовка, проверки, желание показать лучший результат. Но я всегда спокойно отношусь к таким встречам. Не потому, что уверена, что все идеально. Просто нам есть что показать. И это не тот случай, когда перед визитом нужно срочно «красить траву». Такие визиты ценны тем, что позволяют получить независимый взгляд со стороны, обсудить возможности для роста и сверить понимание того, куда движется бизнес. А главный итог этого визита для меня уместился в одной фразе от Марчелло: «Асия, у меня только одно замечание — делитесь чаще. Вы делаете очень много». Думаю, это лучший показатель того, что мы движемся в правильном направлении. Что ж, замечание принято.
