You say you want creative thinkers. But you micromanage every move, change every idea, and kill the vibe before it even starts. At that point, you don’t need a designer or marketer, you just want someone who’s fast with tools and doesn’t ask questions. Spoiler: ✨ Creativity doesn’t work like that (period) ✨ Great work doesn’t come from “just follow the brief” ✨ You can’t build a strong brand while hovering over the people you hired to help you build it. If you want creativity, give people space to create.
