We’re pleased to see Alibaba Xixi Campus (Park C) gaining international recognition with recent publication in PAYSAGE TOPSCAPE and Indesign. PAYSAGE TOPSCAPE is a leading Italian magazine dedicated to contemporary landscape architecture, widely regarded for showcasing innovative projects and advancing global dialogue in the field. Indesign is Australia’s premier voice in commercial architecture and design, highlighting thought leadership and the region’s most influential projects. Alibaba Xixi Campus (Park C) is a 26-hectare, biophilic landscape in Hangzhou that redefines the integration of nature within a dense urban workplace. Built entirely atop a multi-level podium carpark, the project transforms a complex built environment into a thriving ecological system through innovative water management, biodiverse habitats, and human-centred design. A network of strategically placed bio-swales and a central lake capture and recycle stormwater, while interconnected landscapes support wellbeing, collaboration, and daily life for a community of 30,000 people. These publications highlight the project’s role as a benchmark for future urban campuses, where ecology, infrastructure and people are seamlessly connected. Photography for Alibaba Campus: Wang Wenjie
