Remote Sports Scout (Part-Time / Commission-Based) ASM Sports ASM Sports is seeking motivated, well-connected individuals to join our team as Remote Sports Scouts. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity where you control your workload and earning potential. The more athletes you successfully onboard, the more you earn. Remuneration: Commission on all revenue generated. Details to be discussed on interview. Role Overview: As a Remote Sports Scout for ASM Sports, you will play a key role in identifying and supporting talented athletes and their families through the recruitment and management process. Key Responsibilities: • Identifying and proactively contacting prospective athletes and their families • Introducing and onboarding athletes onto ASM Sports’ management programmes • Maintaining regular communication with athletes and their families throughout the recruitment journey • Acting as a professional representative of ASM Sports at all times The Ideal Candidate Will Be: • Highly organised and self-motivated • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal • Extremely competent with IT systems and social media platforms • Confident working independently in a remote environment This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with strong networks in sport, a passion for athlete development, and a desire to build a scalable income stream within the sports industry.
