We are delighted to congratulate the team at TES Group on their acquisition by Legrand, a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures. 🎉 Michael McAllister and ASM have had the privilege of working closely with founder-directors Brian and Noel since TES was established in 1999 - over more than 25 years of growth — including a private equity investment in 2024 and now this sale to a global strategic buyer. This outcome reflects the strength of the leadership team, the quality of the business, and a consistent focus on customers. TES is also a great example of what Northern Ireland businesses can achieve on the international stage. Moments like this are a reminder of why long-term client relationships matter so much.
