Employee of the Year – Kimberly McDade Kim reimagined how we communicate value to members and launched the Innovator Collective. Her strategic vision and creativity shapes how we serve our members. Rising Star of the Year – John Young John combines deep technical expertise with contagious enthusiasm, making complex concepts clear and exciting. His passion for collaboration and innovation is helping ASI embrace technology in ways that empower every team. Innovator of the Year – Michael Hunter Michael spearheaded our transition to Microsoft Dynamics, transforming internal workflows and data insights across ASI. His ability to translate complex tech into practical solutions has made life easier for every team – and he does it all with patience and collaboration. Unsung Hero – Steve Oswald For 38 years, Steve has been the creative force behind ASI’s public-facing presence. From booth designs and signage to last-minute projects that always get done right, his artistry and calm leadership set the standard. Steve is the definition of a behind-the-scenes magician – a gentle giant whose work ethic and composure make even the most chaotic projects feel effortless.
