💧𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 1 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 Attending the 2026 #WBGMeetings, AIIB President Zou Jiayi joined leaders from governments, the private sector, multilateral development banks and development partners at the launch of #WaterForward, a global initiative to strengthen water security and unlock economic potential for 1 billion people by 2030. Acknowledging the scale of the challenge and the need for coordinated action, Zou announced AIIB’s contribution to help provide water security for 100 million people by 2030.
