As data professionals, we spend most of our time behind screens - analyzing numbers, trends, and algorithms. But data is more than dashboards and models. It represents real people, real experiences, and real value driving the business forward. That’s why it was incredibly meaningful for our team to step into the boutique and experience firsthand what our data truly represents. Understanding the look, feel, and rhythm of boutique operations brings invaluable context to the work we do every day. A huge thank you to our Maisons (Panerai, Cartier, Montblanc) for supporting and organizing this visit. Having open discussions with frontline teams about their challenges and exploring where data and AI can genuinely support them was both inspiring and eye‑opening. This experience reinforced my belief: to create impactful data and AI solutions, we must stay connected to the reality of the business. An unforgettable learning moment - and a powerful reminder of the professionalism, passion, and excellence of our boutique teams. Grateful for the experience and looking forward to turning these insights into meaningful impact. Special thanks to Walter Chan, Ava Yu, Riccado Chan, CFA, Anamarija Ivanko, Swee Tian Ang making this initiative possible and for their incredible support. #datawithpurpose #fromdatatoimpact #bridgingdataandbusiness
