So Today is the day myself and stephen aston take the first steps on the business ladder. After both working in the construction industry for several years in management myself and stephen aston have decided to join forces to offer Project Management Services to the construction industry. How did we come to this decicion ? Well after working with certain construction companies we have been shocked at how some of the construction industry contractors and sub-contractors have become with Lies and disrespect to Clients, Corners being cut on builds, Poor project management procedures, UN-Experienced powerman staff members leading experienced members of staff. No Team ethic, The list goes on..... We decided we wanted to make a change and bring back the trust and excitement to management and builds. Personally we feel that trust and honesty is the best policy to a successful project with all parties working together to bring a successful project together. We want clients to concentrate on there portfolios while we concentrate on building. So here's to the Start of hopefully something great. Any advice on business is welcome.
