Not pictured, for once: Albert Azis-Clauson 🦚 One of the things I value most about this team is the ability to test assumptions, explore different perspectives, and arrive at better decisions. The ability to actively challenge each other, while also listening, learning, and growing, is such an important dynamic and a fundamental component of our value system. I’m increasingly convinced that the quality of a team is less about how often its members agree and more about how safely they can disagree.
