So much relevant topic and thoughts. True integration is all about embracing the change at both ends, enablement, trust, acceptance of new thought process at both ends...if you try to impose everything which takes away the value acquired org brings...parent will lose the true value...so preparing internal org to embrace the change, creating space for new leaders and providing the environment where they can thrive is critical.
