I would like to thank Vishwakarma University - VU for giving me this opportunity to be a part of the "make it possible" podcast organized by Repos: Fuelled By YES It was a very great knowing and experiencing the future of India. We also got a opportunity to meet the CEO of Mahindra and Mahindra Mr Veejay Nakra who in brief gave an insight of the future of India and how fast will India adopt EVs in the segment of vehicles. also after which Mr. Veejay Sir answered a very important question on how to deal with stress and pressure and after a short discussion we moved to the industry visit of repos engery distribution where we got a clear idea and a mindset on how the business model is framed by the founder of repos Mr.Chetan Walunj and Mrs. Aditi Bhosle Walunj . It is an amazing set up inside the factory where they call it Alpha Beta Gamaa. Alpha- when the product is ready for dispatch and delivery Beta- WIP work in process here is where the work is in action to reach the Alpha stage. Gamaa- this is where the chassis is arrived at the manufacturing unit for further procedure this comes at the start Repose has a tie up with Tata Mahindra and Eicher who give them the chassis After talking to the representative of repos he gave us information about repos for now is dealing only with diesel but also informed very soon in the future we will also deal with EVs CNG LNG. The place where the operation team and R&D team carry out thier work the office is so well equipped with earth colour interiors. adding up to this they also have a tiny room which they call as idea generation room where creativity is born this room is specially designed for the employee to concentrate when they are drained out with work and stress. Also to carry the fuel they have tankers which they themselves do the paint job and also on customer advise they also carry out the customisation of the tanks the tanks depend on various measures. with this the industry visit came to an end with a lot of information that we gained through this visit.
