Energy Data| Energy Markets| Decarbonization
I'm posting late, but it's never too late to look back and be grateful. 🚀 Last year I stepped into the Graduate Traineeship at Uniper, starting with Uniper Renewables in EPCO Project Engineering. Digitalization at the core – I drove data automation in project engineering initiative using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and AI agents to solve real business problems, turning supplier offers into insightful dashboards and building smart cost catalogue with a-click-away benchmarking for the engineering department & user-friendly data collection application. Additionally, I had great time leading initiative on guideline development for Reference Designation System of Power Plants (RDS-PP) for solar farms under the guidance of Johanna Böhm. Also had the chance to get hands-on with site visits and my first pilot drone flight for renewable project engineering – a whole new perspective on the field (as in the photos attached). 🛸☀️ Huge thanks to Dan Garlin, Ferdinand Gölling, Adakole Daniel Okwa, Alberto Delgado, and the entire EPCO Engineering & Uniper Renewables for creating a safe, nurturing environment that fuels entrepreneurship, curiosity, and data-driven innovation. Now moving to my second placement – the commercial side of energy business in UNIPER GLOBAL COMMODITIES SE – guided by Matthew Nunn, Greg Kyd, Christian Wennemar, Manu Bansal, Sherman in Downstream Power Pricing & Structuring. I am now inspired to use my analytical & data automation skills in operational business & special projects in dynamic pricing environment of EU & UK power markets. Hats off to continuous learning and growing. ⚡ Photo Tags: Marcelline Umulisa Hussein Fahmy Isabel d'Orey #Uniper #Renewables #GraduateTrainee #PowerPlatform #AIAutomation #DataAutomation #EnergyAnalyst #Digitalization
