We're hiring a Global Head of Renewals at ROLLER, and this is one of the most important roles I'm bringing on this year. Here's the honest reason why: We're making significant investments in our product roadmap. New capabilities, new products, real expansion of what ROLLER can do for our customers. That creates an enormous commercial opportunity, but only if we have the right motion to activate it at scale. The renewal moment is where that opportunity lives. Every contract that comes up for renewal is a chance to deepen the relationship, introduce what's new, and grow the account, not just retain it. I want to build a renewals function that's wired to do exactly that: embedding cross-sell and upsell into the renewal lifecycle as a matter of design, not afterthought. This role owns GRR and NRR globally, across SMB through Strategic, in 30+ countries. It sits at the intersection of Sales, CS, Finance, Product, and Pricing. And it will play a direct role in how we monetize ROLLER's next chapter.
