Dear Adam, With a heavy heart I’m penning this down. It’s been a few days but your passing still doesn’t feel real. Today, I bid farewell to a remarkable young lawyer and a truly exceptional man. We’ve lost someone very special. Adam Haikal Bin Mohammed Hilmy wasn’t just a talented young lawyer, he was a strong driven soul with so much life ahead of him. In the legal world, he carried himself with confidence and clarity. Without doubt he was destined for great success in this life of his. Adam had that burning fire in him. He was independent, full of energy and he always aimed higher than the norm. He never thought small & he carried a quiet determination that set him apart from the majority. But what made him truly special wasn’t just his ambition. It was his heart. He was sincere, grounded and deeply genuine to the people around him. To know him was to respect him. I always admired the way he worked, especially the care and conviction he put into the representation letters he wrote for his clients. To me, this is deeply personal. I’ve lost more than someone in the profession. I’ve lost a genius brother too soon. Thank you for everything dear brother Adam.
