Building BALLR
Last summer, I realised how deep my interest in health, wellness, recovery and performance really goes. My degree in sports science at Loughborough covers the training side. But I wanted to expand into nutrition, habits and longevity and have proper credentials to support it. So from September to December, alongside university, semi-pro football and launching my first business, I completed three Harvard Medical School courses in: -Nutrition & Wellness Coaching -Lifestyle Coaching -Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan What surprised me most wasn’t the science (which was great), but the human side. Most information is accessible nowadays, but knowledge isn't the greatest bottleneck, behaviour change is. These courses gave me a newfound appreciation for human behaviour, empathy, meeting people where they are, and helping them connect habits to real improvements in their life. The course also pushed me to refine my own nutrition around things like fibre, micronutrients and feeling good, not just “macros”. Now I’m focused on graduating, pushing my football as far as I can, and building a business that helps busy people get their energy, focus and performance back through better lifestyle, nutrition and recovery. If you ever have a question about health, habits or performance, big or small, my messages are always open. Happy to help.
