🎉 New feature: Job Compensation token Add a new Job Compensation token to any candidate-facing template in Ashby. The token “Job Consideration’s Compensation” pulls the exact compensation from the posting a candidate applied to and carries through to interview confirmation emails and calendar invites automatically. Pay transparency requirements are expanding, like the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which requires sharing pay range with candidates before the interview process starts. Not every team wants to publish compensation on a job posting, but they may still be required to share it with candidates. This token makes it easy to meet that requirement without displaying compensation publicly. Available now for all customers.
