I recently had the opportunity to spend three weeks in Croatia 🇭🇷, supporting Operations at Rijeka Gateway. During my stay, we successfully organized structured data collection 📊 and automated key operational reports 🧩 required by both internal and external stakeholders. This work was not just about building dashboards or reports, it was about laying the foundations for a strong data-driven culture that will enable the terminal to improve performance, transparency, and decision-making. 🚀 What made this mission truly impactful was the exceptional collaboration and dedication of the local team 🤝 specially Nikolina Konestabo and our regional supports Chi Tai Ngo and Carlos Domingo Together, we aligned operational needs, built standard reporting frameworks, and set up automation that will save time ⏱️, improve accuracy ✔️, and support future growth. I’m proud of the contribution I could bring, and even more proud of what we achieved as a team 💪.
