What a week. š Rajeev S., Shailendra Pratap, and Himanshu Muchhal represented Ascentt at the Databricks Data + AI Summit 2026 in San Francisco this week, three days deep in the Moscone Center with 31,000+ of the data and AI community. Beyond the 400+ hours of sessions and the keynote firehose, the best part was the conversations: meeting customers, comparing notes with peers, and seeing how far the platform has come. A few announcements stood out for the kind of work we do with automotive and manufacturing enterprises: š¹ Governance stopped being the brake. Unity AI Gateway plus a now global Unity Catalog let you set per-agent budgets, enforce guardrails, and govern every model, MCP, and skill across regions and clouds. For regulated, data-sensitive clients, that is the unlock. š¹ Agents that build, not just chat. Agent Bricks (on the open-source Omnigent harness) and Genie ZeroOps point to pipelines and ML models that get built, monitored, and optimized on autopilot. š¹ Real-time, right on the lakehouse. Lakehouse//RT and LTAP bring millisecond queries and one governed system for transactions and analytics. That is exactly what live supply chain and warranty use cases have been missing. A big thank you to the Databricks team for the partnership and the hospitality this week. We are genuinely excited about what we can build together next. Building agentic AI but stuck before production because of cost, security, or governance? Let's talk. #DataAISummit #Databricks #AgenticAI #DataEngineering #EnterpriseAI #Manufacturing
