This International Women in Engineering Day, we’re celebrating the women who are shaping the future of engineering.   Rebecca Brickhill, ASC’s Chief Operating Officer Multi-Class Sustainment, has built her career solving complex challenges in the defence industry and leading high-performing teams.   Throughout her career in defence and engineering roles, Rebecca has seen firsthand the impact that diverse perspectives can have on innovation and problem-solving.   “I realised the value a diverse group of voices brings to solving problems,” Rebecca shares.   Today, Rebecca is committed to paying forward the support that helped her succeed.   “Someone believed in me at different points in my career – and that made a huge difference. So, I try and do the same for others.”   We’re proud to celebrate incredible female leaders at ASC, whose contributions extend far beyond their role.
