Two million golf balls. 10,000 covers served. Multiple award finalists.    Not bad for a first year.    A year ago, we helped secure development finance to transform a Cornish family farm into Halwyn – a unique destination combining a state-of-the-art golf range, mini golf and exceptional food experiences.    It wasn’t a straightforward funding proposition.  • A start-up.   • No hospitality trading history.   • A concept that didn’t fit neatly into traditional lending criteria.    But unconventional projects don’t always need conventional thinking.    One year on, Halwyn has become one of Cornwall’s standout leisure destinations and a real community hub.
