One of the best parts of building item is the people we get to build it with. Arav Patel is one of the most AI-pilled engineers you can meet in SF, and he just wrapped up his first month at item... so I thought it was time to introduce him. He came to us from HappyRobot, where he was an FDE. Before that, he was a founder, and honestly, you can tell. He has that founder mentality baked in. The thing that stood out in his interview was how sharp his read was on building with AI. He adapted fast to our Software Factory, started extending it almost immediately, and it is already shaping the way we build. He’s been shipping a ton of new features users love, and you’re going to be seeing a lot more of him around here soon... Welcome aboard, Arav.
