Arya Noble Annual Growth Summit 2026 was held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, under the theme “Elevate Growth. Smarter Ways, Stronger Results.”   The summit emphasized the importance of not only how much we grow, but also how we grow—by adopting smarter ways of working, delivering stronger results, and improving organizational productivity. At the same time, priority business categories for growth were established to sharpen strategic focus and guide investment allocation across the group. Another key focus of the summit was identifying key growth cruxes that may potentially hinder the achievement of growth targets, accompanied by cross-functional and cross-SBU solutions to ensure stronger alignment and more effective execution throughout Arya Noble.   During the summit, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arya Noble, Mr. Ricardo Handoko, also reminded everyone that: “There should no longer be ego-sectoral thinking, but rather a shared commitment to becoming better together moving forward. The teams that will succeed are those that remind and support one another—prioritize direct communication and avoid indirect communication.” He further added: “Speed of execution can only be achieved through clear and fast communication."
